The Cherokee Indians called the Blue Ridge Mountains the “Blue Wall.”

If you’ve ever visited this corner of the globe in the south you’d understand why.

The mountains are low but ancient & domineering as they stretch across the horizon, their blue hues deep, merging between the horizon & low hanging sky.
